Purchase Conditions

Words with a capital letter carry these meanings throughout the document.

Desk

IndicatorEX, trading as IndicatorEX: the party that writes, compiles and licenses every Module on the Site.

Site

indicatorex.com and every page served under it.

Module

A compiled automated-trading program for MetaTrader 5, delivered as an .ex5 file.

Plan

One priced level of a Module. A purchase is always one Plan of one Module.

Build

The .ex5 compiled for a particular Plan.

Datasheet

The PDF delivered beside a Build, carrying that Plan’s parameter block.

Desk Licence

The 12-month, personal, non-transferable right to run a Build, set out in T-02.

Ticket

The reference the Desk assigns to a purchase; printed on the receipt page and quoted in every message to support.

Processor

Whop, which takes the card payment inside its own frame. It sells nothing and licenses nothing.

You

The person placing the order and accepting these conditions.

   1	The Processor confirms the card	Settlement. The Ticket is marked paid.
   2	The receipt page opens	Release: the ZIP is downloadable and the Desk Licence key is issued.
   3	Release	The sale is final, subject only to the Money-Back Rules (T-03).

2. B.2

   A released file cannot be un-delivered, which is why the line is drawn at step 3. Read T-03 before asking Your card issuer to reverse the charge: a dispute is slower for You and costlier for the Desk than a message would have been.

1. C.1

   What is sold	A Desk Licence over one Build: one Plan of one Module.
   Term	12 months, counted from the day the Processor confirms settlement.
   Renewal	None. No card is retained and no second charge is scheduled.
   Perpetual option	Not offered, at any price, on any Plan.
   Delivered as	One ZIP holding the Build (.ex5) and its Datasheet (PDF), released on the receipt page.
   Currency	US dollars. The Processor may display Your card's currency at its own rate.
   Tax	Any duty owed where You live is Yours to settle.
   Use rules	The Desk Licence Agreement (T-02), which these conditions incorporate.

2. C.2

   A Module is a program. It is not advice, not a managed service and not a promise of any outcome. The Desk holds no client money, never sees a broker login and has no way to open or close a position on Your account.

1. D.1

   A Desk Licence does not stretch to any of these:

   • trading anyone’s money but Your own with it: no copy feed, no signal channel, no managed accounts;
   • passing the Build, the Datasheet or the archive to anyone, by any route, at any price including none;
   • opening it up: decompiling, disassembling, defeating a check inside it or deleting a notice from it;
   • advertising it with figures or claims the Desk did not publish;
   • any use Your broker or Your law forbids.
2. D.2

   A breach ends the Desk Licence without refund; T-02 section F lists the consequences act by act.

3. D.3

   The Modules, the IndicatorEX name and mark, the Datasheets and every word and image on the Site belong to IndicatorEX or its licensors. A Desk Licence is permission to use, not a transfer of anything.

1. E.1

   Settlement carried four statements with it. Nobody but You was ever placed to check them, and the Desk proceeds on them:

   • You are 18 or older and free to enter a contract.
   • Running automated trading software is lawful where You live.
   • Your broker permits expert advisors on the account You intend to use.
   • You have read the Loss Disclosure (T-04) and accept that a loss is a normal outcome.

2. F.2

   Every module on this site is sold and licensed by IndicatorEX. The card transaction itself is handled by Whop, our payment processor. Whop takes the payment and does nothing else: it is not the vendor, the developer or the licensor of any module, and your agreement is with IndicatorEX alone.

3. F.3

   IndicatorEX is a trading name, not a registered company. The desk is run independently by its operator, who has completed identity verification with our payment processor. Anyone who wants the operator's full legal name and postal address can have them by writing to [email protected]; such requests are answered in full.

4. F.4

   MetaTrader 5 and Your broker are third parties. Their updates, outages, spreads, commissions, fills, margin calls and account decisions are theirs, governed by their terms, and outside anything the Desk can answer for.

   Warranty	None beyond what Your law forbids excluding. No promise of fitness, merchantability, uninterrupted operation, profit, or a repeat of any published figure.
   Ceiling on the Desk's liability	The amount paid on the Ticket concerned.
   Excluded losses	Trading losses, lost profit, and indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, so far as the law permits their exclusion.
   Your indemnity	A claim against the Desk that arises from Your trading, Your use of a Module or Your breach of these conditions is Yours to answer and to cover.

   The Loss Disclosure (T-04) and Reading Our Results (T-05) form part of these conditions.

1. H.1

   Mandatory consumer law where You live overrides any clause that conflicts with it. The clause is read down; the law is not.

2. H.2

   The review date at the head of this page identifies the version in force. A revision governs purchases made after it and never reaches one already settled.
