Answers first. Then a person.

Most questions about a download, an install or a licence are answered on this page. Anything that is not goes to one mailbox, read by the people who compile the modules, and is answered within one working day.

I paid and the download did not open

01

The receipt page keeps asking the processor for up to two minutes after checkout; a slow card network is the usual cause. Leave the tab open. If it still shows nothing, send the ticket number printed on that page and the archive is released manually the same working day.

Where is my receipt page?

02

Its address opened in your browser the moment payment cleared and is repeated in the email sent to the address you gave at checkout. Search your mailbox for [email protected]; if nothing arrived, write from the address you paid with and name the module.

The module does not show in MetaTrader

03

The .ex5 belongs in MQL5/Experts inside the terminal's data folder (File, then Open Data Folder). After that, right-click Expert Advisors in the Navigator and choose Refresh. Make sure the terminal is MetaTrader 5, not 4: the build will not load in 4.

It attaches to the chart but never trades

04

Check four things in this order: Algo Trading is enabled on the toolbar; the chart is the symbol and timeframe in the datasheet's Specification table (the module page prints the same Chart row); the broker allows automated trading on that account; and, on plans with a session clock, the current time of day is inside the window.

What is the Desk Licence key for?

05

It is the reference support uses to find your build and plan: the letters IX, then two blocks of eight characters. Nothing is typed into the terminal. Quote it, together with the ticket number, in any message about your order.

I want to move up a plan

06

Send the ticket number and the plan you want. You pay the difference between the two prices and receive a fresh build and datasheet for the higher plan. The licence term does not restart.

What happens at the end of the 12 months?

07

The Desk Licence ends. Nothing is charged and no card is stored; a new licence can be bought if you want to keep running the module. The date is counted from the day of purchase.

Can I get my money back?

08

Only in the cases the Money-Back Rules (T-03) set out: a card used without your authority, a ZIP holding a plan other than the one on the receipt, a build that will not run after support has tried with you, a charge with nothing ever released, a double charge. A change of mind after release is not among them. The processor returns the money to the card; the card network sets the pace.

Where do the figures on the performance board come from?

09

They would come from the Myfxbook page for that module, read by a person on a stated date. At the moment no verified account is published for any module, which is why the board shows dashes rather than numbers.

Who am I buying from?

IndicatorEX is a trading name, not a registered company. The desk is run independently by its operator, who has completed identity verification with our payment processor. Anyone who wants the operator's full legal name and postal address can have them by writing to [email protected]; such requests are answered in full. Every module on this site is sold and licensed by IndicatorEX. The card transaction itself is handled by Whop, our payment processor. Whop takes the payment and does nothing else: it is not the vendor, the developer or the licensor of any module, and your agreement is with IndicatorEX alone.
