Data Handling
What never crosses from Your side to IndicatorEX's at all, and then the inventory of what does: every item indicatorex.com holds about a visitor, where each came from, who else sees it, how long it stays, and how to have it taken out.
Definitions
Words with a capital letter carry these meanings throughout the document.
- Personal data
- Anything that identifies You, alone or once combined with something else.
- Order record
- The row the Desk writes when a Ticket is paid: what was bought, when, from which network address, and the email the receipt went to.
- Processor
- Whop, which takes the card payment inside its own frame under its own privacy terms.
- Provider
- A company the Desk relies on to run the Site: the Processor, the web host, and the service that carries email.
- Request log
- The standard line a web server writes for every page fetched.
- Term
- The 12-month life of a Desk Licence.
What never reaches the Desk

- Your card number, expiry date or security code. They stay inside the Processor’s frame.
- Your broker login, balance, positions or trade history.
- Anything a Module sees on Your chart. A Module runs on Your machine and reports nothing back.

Beyond these three, data leaves the Desk only under legal compulsion.
Purposes

No marketing email goes to anyone who did not ask for it. Personal data is not sold, rented or exchanged, with anyone, for anything.

Send any of them to [email protected]. No reason is asked for. Erasure neither extends nor restores a Desk Licence.

One erasure needs no request at all. The Site is written for adults; the Desk takes nothing from a minor knowingly, and the moment it learns a record came from one, that record goes without anybody having to fill the table in.
Transfers and safeguards

Processing may take place outside Your own country, the Providers included. Traffic is encrypted in transit, access is limited to the few people whose work needs it, and credentials are kept apart from the application database. No system is perfectly secure and the Desk does not describe its own as such.
